Character Summary[]
Imprisoned alongside his elder brother, Jefferson, leader of the Homeboy gang. Billie is one of the gay inmates in Emerald City.
Plot Summary[]
Season 1[]
He is initially seen making passes at Dino Ortolani which eventually leads to him stalking Ortolani and following him into the showers where Ortolani severely beats him down.
To avenge his brother, Jefferson sends Johnny Post to kill Ortolani while he is in solitary. When Billie returns from the hospital, he discovers that Jefferson has become a Muslim and isn't accepted by his brother anymore for his homosexuality. Billie is also tranferred to a protective custody unit for gay prisoners as how it is transpired in the storyline.
After Jefferson is placed on Death Row for killing Julio Martinez, Billie reconciles with Jefferson during a visit. Following Jefferson's execution, Billie is never seen or mentioned again.
